The early Eocene simulations were conducted by Jiang Zhu as part of CESM1.2’s contribution to the Deep-time Model Intercomparison Project (DeepMIP), funded by the Heising-Simons Foundation (PI: Prof. Chris Poulsen, University of Michigan).
