New Ocean Diagnostics Package Released

The ocean diagnostics package includes two new features making them faster and easier to use. First, the plotting scripts are written completely in NCL . Second, the parallel scripting language, Swift, has been incorporated to speed up certain portions of the scripts. Obtain the diagnostics package from the NCAR's public SVN repository.
