|Notes||These sets of runs are referred to as the CAM2.0.1 T42 AMIP runs. No external forcings were supplied beyond the SST field.

In the mass store data transfer process some daily files (h1) were incompletely written to the mass store, resulting in files that fully or partially contain 0's. The files are not recoverable. The following files are known to have this problem:
The parts of these files that are not filled with 0's can be used.
atmospheric history file nomenclature: "h0" in the file name (ex. newsstamip36.cam2.h0.1962-09.nc) denotes monthly data, "h1" denotes daily data, "h2" denotes 2X daily data, "h3" denotes 8X daily data for run 21, "h3" denotes 4X daily for runs 31-34 and 36.
