Implement a multi-variate PDF based moist turbulence and cloud macrophysics scheme based on the Cloud Layers Unified By Binormals (CLUBB) into CAM.

Simulation and diagnostics are in progress. The simulation table for standalone and coupled run will be populated by Dec 15, 2014. The SOM experiment will be provided by Dec 30, 2014.
