We want YOU to be familiar with the the science and practice of running the Community Land Model (CLM). As we prepare to release CESM3 and CLM6 we want to share the latest latest scientific capabilities and software features to support the science you want to do with this research tool. The planned agenda will largely follow the structure of the summer CESM tutorial, but with a stronger land focus. We'll cover the fundamentals of land modeling and provide lab practicals that are focused on model configuration, case customization, and data analysis. A substantial part of the week will be dedicated to learning about new scientifically supported features in the model.
